Stacy....Our Earth Angel, I can't tell you enough how grateful I am that you came into our family's life. I don't believe in coincidences anymore and I am certain that our paths were chosen to intersect at this point and time...You have been an amazing friend to Keri and a faithful soldier to higher cause weare all fighting for. I am so proud and amazed at all you have done.At times it's hard to keep the train moving on this journey, but you have given us so much inspiration and encouragement. It's hard for me to watch Julia's swim lessons but I do get to see the videos and I am amazed at the talent you have. At times it brings tears to my eyes seeing our baby girl learning and responding to the lessons you are teaching her! I think we have all found our purpose in this world and I know Jake is smiling down on all of us...Thanks again Stacy for being a part of our family and an irreplaceable crusader in the "LIVE LIKE JAKE" movement. I can tell you for certain that Jake would have adored you, as much as he does from up above! -Roake Morrison

Dear Stacy:
I am writing this letter of recommendation based on the incredible, personal experience we had with our 16 month old daughter Isabella. Having participated as a competitive swimmer from 6 years to 23 years, competing on the University of Tennessee defending National Championship College Swim Team and as a silver medalist in the 1977 Central American Games, my testimony is that Stacy Van Santen is a gifted and phenomenal person. Her skills and demeanor, patience and comforting personality are truly a gift.
The quick time and progress Stacy made with Isabella were truly astonishing. The gratification and peace of mind in knowing our daughter has truly obtained long lasting survival skills is overwhelming. One can not put a price on our daughter’s safety and well being.
Seeing the progress, success, and achievements are well worth every penny. Stacy is a remarkable person whose devotion to her students and ISR is evident. She not only takes the safety of her young students seriously, but she also takes the time in helping Mom and Dad understand every step along the way. Thank you Stacy for all you have done for Isabella and countless others.
Forever Gratefully,
Brad Brunne’

"so, it has probably been since oct/nov 09' that we have practiced with mason in the
water. We were at the sandbar in stuart yesterday and he was playing with daddy
in the water. He fell forward and his head went under...as daddy went to scoop
him up, Mason was rolling over onto his back! See you tomorrow."

It's been a few years since my son Brendan now 4, took survival swim lessons with Stacey. When he first started I watched As he would cry and try to convince Stacey into letting him out of the pool by hugging her and kissing her. Without hesitation I smiled and encouraged him to keep working with her hoping that it would all pay off in the end. It was only about 5 weeks into lessons when we went away for a long weekend with family when Brendan backed up on the dock and fell into the water. Before my husband's feet could even hit the water Brendan was already up and floating on his back. My entire family looked on in amazement (yes, it happened right in front of about 20 of us). Chills came across my body, along with the biggest most proud smile I think I could ever have. I knew right then that I had given my son the greatest gift of all, the gift of swim survival. All of the crying over those weeks was worth listening too and Stacey was calm, patient and confident throughout that time knowing that she could help provide that precious gift to him.
Thank you Stacey for all that you do. I truly do admire you for offering this precious gift to my son. You are a talented and caring instructor. - Kerry and David Delany
